Asian Mushroom Noodle Salad

Serves 4
200 g Asian style egg noodles
2 tblspn soy sauce
1 tspn sesame oil
1 tspn grated ginger
1 tblspn freshly chopped red chilli
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 red onion, finely sliced
1 red capsicum, finely sliced
200 g stringless green beans, cut into 1cm
lengths and cooked
2 cups sliced button mushrooms
Cook noodles according to directions on the packet. Combine all
ingredients in a
large
bowl and chill before serving.
