Basil Parmesan Pasta

Cooking: 10 minutes
Serves 4
400 g pasta
½ cup pine nuts
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup olive oil
3 tblspn basil or sun-dried tomato pesto
Squeeze of lemon juice
Fresh garden salad, to serve
Cook pasta according to directions on the
packet. Process all remaining ingredients together, until well combined. Toss
through hot cooked pasta. Serve immediately with a green salad.
