Fish on Avocado and Corn Salsa

fresh corn kernels, cooked

avocado, chopped
1/2
small red capsicum, chopped

spring onions, chopped
Freshly
ground black pepper

tblspn lemon juice
Fresh
coriander to garnish

fish fillets
Combine
corn, avocado, capsicum, spring onions, black pepper, lemon juice and
coriander. Toss gently. Grill fish until flesh flakes with a fork. Serve fish
over salsa. Garnish with fresh coriander.
