Spare Ribs with Ginger Soy Glaze

spare ribs
2 tspn
grated ginger
1 small
red chilli, finely chopped
3
cloves garlic, crushed

tblspn honey
¼ cup
soy sauce
¼ cup
dry white wine
2
tblspn chopped fresh coriander
Steamed
rice and a salad, to serve
For
glaze, combine all ingredients except spare ribs in a saucepan. Simmer over low
heat for about 3 minutes or until slightly reduced. Place spare ribs in a
baking tray. Pour hot glaze over. Turn to coat well. Marinate for 1 - 2 hours
in refrigerator. Remove spare ribs from marinade. Barbecue or grill ribs,
turning occasionally, for about 15 minutes or until cooked through. Brush
regularly with glaze. Serve with hot steamed rice and a fresh salad.
