Pork Steak with
Fresh Peaches
Preparation: 10 minutes
Cooking: 10 minutes
Serves 4
6-8 pork leg steaks
1 tspn paprika
4 peaches, sliced
1/4 cup sliced spring onion
Sprinkle steaks with paprika. Lightly oil a large non-stick frying
pan. When
hot, add steaks. Cook for about
4 minutes each side or until golden. Place peach
slices over steaks. Place steaks
under medium-hot grill. Grill until
peaches are
golden. Serve immediately with a selection of steamed vegetables or
garden salad.
