Sizzling Satay Chicken Pizza

pizza base with tomato sauce

cups grated cheese blend

sliced mushrooms

cup fresh coriander, chopped

skinless chicken thighs, diced

cup satay sauce
Preheat
oven to 200ēC. Place pizza base onto a large oven tray. Sprinkle with cheese.
Arrange mushrooms and coriander over cheese. Heat oil in a
large non-stick frying pan. Cooking onion and chicken for 5-7 minutes.
Add satay sauce. Heat through. Carefully spoon chicken
mixture over pizza evenly. Bake pizza for 20-25 minutes or until cheese
is golden and bubbling.
