Spaghetti
with Lemon

This is THE meal to make when your
pantry is bare.
Preparation: 5 minutes
Cooking: 12 minutes
Serves: 4
350g packet dried spaghetti or
linguine
Lemon juice, to taste
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Sea Salt and freshly cracked black
pepper
Fresh Parmesan cheese (or any other
good-quality grana padano
or pecorino)
6 tblspn extra virgin olive oil
Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain
well. Pour the olive oil and lemon juice over the pasta. Toss in seasoning and
garlic and combine well. Serve with cheese
